Let's talk about the goji berry. It is a power fruit and strengthens the lungs, liver and kidneys according to TCM.
In combination with chrysanthemums, goji berries are also often drunk as an eye-strengthening tea (including by me).
In case of heat, night sweats or tired eyes, goji berries can have a regenerative healing effect.

The goji berry tastes good on its own as a tonic and on many good occasions.
As a pure fruit and snack between meals, on muesli, quark or
in a rice dish, the berry is a highlight.

The Chinese eye tea is made from goji berry and chrysamthemum tea. I source my chrysanthemums from Hángzhōu, Zhejiang province. A goji brew can be poured to strengthen the potency. Simply leave to stand overnight and drink a glass throughout the day.
Also good as an exercise for the elderly.
I like to eat a handful between meals.
