Shipping Information

Delivery Time

If you place your order from Monday to Friday before 4 p.m., your goods will be handed over to our shipping partner on the same day. On weekends, the shipment will be handed over on the next business day. Payments via prepayment will be processed and shipped on the day we receive the payment. The delivery time for our packages is usually 2-5 business days.

Shipping Costs

Free shipping within Germany for orders over €45,
Free shipping within the EU for orders over €100,
NON-EU/International shipping flat rate of €25.

If your ordered products require freight shipping, there will be a €120 charge within the EU. For international freight shipping, please contact us via email.

Shipping costs can only be determined once items are in the shopping cart.

Which countries do you deliver to?

We deliver worldwide within a maximum of 14 days.

Where can I find my tracking number?

As soon as we hand over your package to the delivery service, you will receive a shipping confirmation with the tracking number via email. You can also view the current delivery status at any time in your customer account.
