To resolve disputes arising from a contractual relationship with a consumer or concerning whether such a contractual relationship exists, we are required to participate in dispute resolution procedures before a consumer arbitration board. The competent authority is the Universal Arbitration Board of the Federal Center for Arbitration e.V., Straßburger Straße 8, 77694 Kehl am Rhein, www.universalschlichtungsstelle.de. We will participate in a dispute resolution procedure before this body.
